Beef skirt steak trimmed and marinated in Claude's Fajita Sauce
Family and friends love it. After I pull them off the grill I sometimes brush on a little Tiger Sauce
Both can be found at Brookshires or Kroger

I've given up on beef fajitas. I've tried everything but can never get it anywhere close to being as good as somewhere like Lupe tortilla.
