Boat Shed Options between NOLA and Delacroix

Recently moved to NOLA from BR and looking for a covered shed/place with electricity to keep a 20' boat for the fall/winter fishing season. Basically what I learned from calling around is that most places are gonna run about $200/month, is there any places that will allow you to keep a boat covered for cheaper?

I believe Hopedale marina is $100 a month

Hopedale has them for $100 a month. Most of the sheds have electricity but you’ll need a cover because the rust from the beams on the shed drops on your boat if left uncovered.

I keep mine at Delacroix lodge for 200$/month Pretty nice set up. Lights, electricity, well built shed, and you can use fish cleaning stations and sink to wash your hands after you put the boat up. Worst part is sheds are over run with geckos so my white boat was full of gecko shite.
