Any 5% or higher cash back ones that work at pretty much any gas station?

Don't know about best. I use the CostCo visa which gives 4% on gas everywhere. Combine that with the lower price of CostCo gas (which is usually 10% cheaper) and I think it's pretty good.

Eh, I looked at that one. But you have to pay like 65 for a costco membership. I'd say it's still a good deal, except for two reasons for me.

1. Costco is about an extra 10 miles of out of the way driving than Sam's for me, and its through heavy traffic.

2. A good friend is a manager at Sam's and gives me one of her cards, so I have a free Sam's memebership basically.

I applied for the chase freedom. I was thinking about getting one anyway. And it seems to do 5% cash back on gas as one of its rotating category's regularly.

It's basically the same thig as my Discover card.

Hopefully the categories wont match up every quarter and I can get 5% cash back on multiple different categories throughout the year.

Second blue cash preffered. It's an awesome card. 6% at grocery stores and 3% on gas.

Penfed VISA does 5% cash on gas but it may not be open for new customers these days.

Fort Knox Credit Union also has a 5% cash back on gas VISA card.
