Hunch has put the highest emphasis on rest all season. Playing 2 games in a day was mentally and physically impossible. These are men not machines.

Yeah at this point I think the Yankees are going to get homefield, we just don't fight for it like we should
And the trade acquisitions aren't enough to put us over the top in our weak areas.
Sucks for the Astros because that means road team for ALCS and World Series likely.
home field probably means less in baseball but I don't like playing Games 1 and 2 on the road and Game 7, especially when your 2 best guys pitch Games 1 and 2.

Hell the trade acquisitions are the only thing from preventing this day from being a complete and utter shitshow of a day for the organization.
