No, the problem with high school athletics is 99% of the kids that play will never make a dime playing, but they still only require a 1.5 (whatever they deem a "c" average) in most districts to play.

Dillon Gordon is currently in the NFL as a glorified PS player. That's it.
Joe McKnight, sadly, we know what happened to him, but he wasn't much when he played in the NFL anyways.
10 total NFL players from that school. None of whom you would consider a star.
Very few players on Power five teams.
