metal gate repairs? NOLA

I have a big steel driveway gate that I need to get repaired. It used to be electronic but I don't care for that to be the case anymore. Not worth replacing all the elctronics. I need to replace a hinge that rusted off and have some kind of latch installed to keep it closed/locked. Any recommendations?

Morgan Troost has done iron fence/gate repairs for me. Good guy and came back a few times to make sure the gate was closing right(ground settling issues). I would imagine he can weld some metal. Been over a year and all has held up great.
