That 2021 pick only conveys if it is in the top 7 or 8 IIRC. Otherwise it conveys in 2022.

If AD walks, LeBron will force his way out. If LeBron forces his way out, the Lakers will crater like the Cavs did each time he walked.

If AD walks, the Lakers 2021 pick could easily fall in the top 8.

At this point is is mainly pointing out that he isn’t operating on the same wavelength as other NBA players.

Christian Wood played 10 games for us and sent a thank you.

CP3 made a point of thanking the city of Houston but not the Rockets given his acrimonious exit.

AD said something about making a post and can’t or won’t follow up. It becomes something very easy to point at given the bad feelings involved with his exit.

I think it's hilarious. It speaks volumes to his professionalism. I don't expect a sappy love letter, just an acknowledgement to the franchise that consistantly made him an All-Pro. If he doesn't like New Orleans, at least say how he misses the city's food. It has to be better than Lebron’s corny Taco Tuesday.

He should be humble or at least calculating. He's an injury away from being in Boogie's situation.

Why? frick AD, but he doesn't owe us anything, just like we don't owe him anything.

It's almost as though Rich Paul is thinking to himself:

"LeBron is getting old, and he won't be in the league that much longer. How can I convince people that I'm not just LeBron's BFF? How can I make people believe that I'm an independent power broker in this league? I know! I'll f*ck up LeBron's team this year, just like I did last year. Then everyone will learn not to mess with me."

That was still on Dell, I remember thinking I’d rather get Javale McGee or B. Biyimbo that year to play Center on min deals and keep the flexibility for the future instead of doing what Dell did.

Can’t wait until the LA press starts going at his arse.

He couldn’t stand it when the three reporters who cover the Pels criticized him. And about the entire NBA media establishment chimes in on the Lakers at all times.

I predict he will not resign with the Lakers. A year living in LeBron's universe as an ant under the magnifying glass of LA media will wake him up.

PS--Enjoy your time with the Lakers. For your benefit, they've installed a time portal that allows you to see your future. It's a few lockers down from yours labeled "Dwight Howard".
