Grilled these guys on the egg for 15 mins at 375. First time posting a pic on TD so let's hope this works.

Looks tasty....but I like crispy bacon, so I would have par-cooked the bacon before wrapping the shrimp. Flabby bacon is not for me.

I like crispy bacon, but when doing the brochette I prefer it to be pliable. I also find the texture of crispy bacon does not pair as well with this dish but to each it's own.

When bacon is too crisp, you lose a lot of the flavor IMO. I prefer it just before it crisps, not floppy, but still has some bend in it.

I prefer the bacon on the crispier side, though for that dish, it doesn't have to be totally crisp. I like it totally cooked though. I'd drizzle a little brown butter with garlic over those and eat them right up.
