My wife broke the news to me today after 2 years she wants to take a break from the Keto diet. Devastating. I’ve heard Avatar is a great program to get on. Any advice or ways to optimize my experience? My goal right now is to do a lean bulk.

Why would you allow this? It cures cancer and diabetes and pretty much every other disease known to man. Pretty irresponsible of you

Just eat real food? This isn’t that hard. You’re not going to die from switching diets. The dumbass shite of this board....

Bruh I was talking more specifically towards the technical aspects of getting set up on the program. Such as moving target or no, etc

If the last fad diet worked, there wouldn't be a need for a new fad diet. Just sayin'...

She wants to be able to eat more freely I supposed although Keto does all of the things you listed above. Once she feels the amount of inflammation and gastrointestinal distress off Keto I’m certain she’ll be back.

Quit being a dick bruh, this is H&F not the OT.

OWS

I would setup moving targets and macro switch which allows carbs to replace fat and vice versa.

If you are going to be lifting, set your lifting days as a high day and other days as low days.

Set your carb fat slider as you would like, but understand you can trade them for one another.

Other then that for you I would time your carbs around the workout backloading mainly.

For her, I would just do moving targets and allow the macro switch. Keep it simple for her.

Oh btw, perfect time to hit building the monolith

Been using Avatar for a couple of years. It's been the best thing that has ever occurred for me concerning body composition. I love the freedom of eating the foods I love by making them work with my Macros. I agree with what lsu777 said above.

Bruh you didn’t tell me the pump was going to be this intense after 2 years Keto. I decided to do a cycle of BBB befor BtM due to my recent SI injury. Holy hell the pump was insane.

Yea you forget about that when going low carb, the pump gets insane lol, especially if you time the carbs before and after.

Good to see it's going well.

I’m having a hard time hitting my protein macros tbh. All the protein sources I prefer are fattyz

Don't do the protein boost then. And yea you can do more fat than carbs on the slider to help have fattier sources
