Any advise on property management app/software?

Anyone use a property management app or software? I assist with a local non-profit, which needs a way of tracking basic facility repairs. Preferably something that can be shared among a group.

You could setup a cloud-based instance of Spiceworks (free) and use it to track and resolve workorders

Do they not have a book keeper? They can't simply make a different class or line for their repair and maintenance expenses?
I'm not sure exactly what you need the software to do?

Not looking to capture expenses. Many of us assist with upkeep and are trying to figure out a way to share things that need attention e.g. leaking fixtures, a/c drain flushing, filter changes, etc. just trying to make it convenient for everyone, which will keep participation up.

Well that’s a completely different issue then. All you need is a cloud based document sharing program, something as simple as google docs will work.
