The funniest part is that easily 50% of the people asking this shite aren't actually following it strictly enough to be in ketosis.
I cracked up when Lit Pizza came out with their nutritional data and the cauliflower crust pizza is 60 calories more than the regular (delicious, wood fired) dough. How many idiots who aren't even actually "keto" are paying the $4 upcharge for a worst tasting product and unknowingly consuming 60 additional calories due to it?

I work with a bunch of people of been talking about carbs in their diets for about two years now and they look exactly the same. Sometimes they even give me shite when I get cake or donuts and I’m in significantly better shape than them. I’m sure most of it’s tongue in cheek but some of it is definitely not

Well hold up. I only eat 2 meals a day. But that's been since I was like 14. I don't even call it IF. I just hate eating in the morning and don't snack.
I have no issue with IF but (just like low carb) it is just a tool in the toolbox. Not the only way. Just another method for obtaining a calorie deficit.
