I can’t believe they did that to Leonard with a healthy Derrius Guice in that stable of backs. Both Staffs did that shite multiple times that year. Guice only got 2 carries in the Bama game too

Was watching this game at Legends in Manhattan. I had to leave and find a empty bar. Ruined my trip to NYC

I was on orders in England at the time. We stayed up late watching that game. That was so disappointing.

besides 1/9 that might be the worst LSU game to watch

There's quite a few others that come to mind before the Wisconsin game for me, including the 2006 Auburn game.

I remember I tried to put money on LSU online, but I never got it to go through. Dodged a bullet there.

Ruined an otherwise great vacation. My new girlfriend got pissed at me for getting pissed at Miles and the team. I showed my arse so much that wisky fans were buying me beers because the felt bad for me. was sold a bill of goods and spent a lot of time/$ to watch that shite show. Well, we fired miles. I married that girl and I’m waiting for the RPO. Things can only get better!

Got in a scuffle at Bayou Beer Garden as soon as Harris threw his final int to seal it.

Went to the bar to buy a fml beer and standing by me was some dude wearing a full LSU suit, ordering some fruity shots for he and his buddy. I was so blinded by Les Miles rage that I looked at him and said "that's a pussy arse shot"...then said it again when he looked at me like he was going to do something. He threw his shoulder into mine when I was walking away all passive-aggressive like, so I pushed him down onto a bag of trash that was right by the bar. The owner came up to break it up and asked why we were scuffling, and I told him the comment I'd already made about his shot. The owner looked at me and goes "well yeah it is a pussy arse shot." He let us both stay and I apologized to the guy, shook his hand and told him Les Miles had me all fvcked up.

Csb and tldr; Les couldn't be gone quickly enough after that performance.

fricking irony is the worst.

If Les calls a running play up the middle, we likely win the game and he’s still coaching here instead of Kansas.

Happy for the Jayhawks (seriously? Jayhawks?) though.

They’ll make a bowl most years as long as he’s coach. If they beat OU a couple times, maybe Les gets a shot at a contender school and leads them to a national title.

He never said any of that. He said they were looking at things that other teams were doing. He never once promised anything different on offense.

On the few carries he actually got Guice fumbled on our side of the 50 which led directly to points for Wisconsin. Whole team played like shite

LF7 had 23 carries and 138 yards rushing, 6 yards per. Only problem is he didn't score. Per the usual, Tre White came to play as well, with a crucial pick-6 that got us back in it.

This game probably sealed Miles' fate with the big-$ guys that made the trip to GB.

Agreed. The experience was pretty amazing and I was surprised at how gracious the Wisc fans were. That said, we’re it not for Tre White and that defense, that game wouldn’t have been close.

Did Les ever REALLY say he would change they offense? Seriously. Show me the quotes. He kept his job after the Alleva debacle at the end of 2015 and was quoted saying “The engines still pretty stinking good” referencing Fournette. But you never hear him said he’d change. Everyone just assumed he would all summer

Really it’s our fault for expecting changes from a guy like Les. He simply wouldn’t

The Nose tackle Valentine got crushed in that game Wisconsin was moving him 10 yards off the line every play. I was there loved the trip but realized we were not a championship caliber team, the QB sucked.

If it wasn’t for Tre White we actually wouldn’t have scored. He had a pick 6 and a fumble recovery on back to back possessions and that’s the only reason we even scored.

if tre white does the lambeau leap the football gods would have secured victory, but instead we got a second place finish because we didn't have the swagger.

who would have thought les miles telling the team not to do the lambeau leap was his downfall and not that putrid offense because LSU would have won if a lambeau leap was done.

tre white was the only player who made a lambeau leap play the entire game. the Wisconsin touchdown was given after review so a lambeau leap was impossible then.

Awesome trip and experience, but that game was awful

That game is what is preventing me for getting excited about the offense hype this year. I will have to see it in a game to believe it.

It’s a different regime. Orgeron has shown his desire for change and progress. He also knows that it’s time to put up or shut up. He cant recruit if he reverts to ground and pound. He trusts Joe Burrow. He has confidence in Ensminger incorporating Brady’s concepts.
