I agree with you on this. Know a guy who had an amp stolen that he just installed. Even as an authorized dealer he was screwed. Maybe they don’t want bricked devices to show up on Craigslist. Be careful what you ask for I guess.

Right. I would think since Sonos does such a great job protecting their pricing this would be a good thing if people couldn't trust Craigslist or eBay and would have to go straight to Sonos to purchase.
