They give you the option to start at lvl 30.

I'm replaying the first Borderlands. I don't know why people don't seem to like the first game as much as me. It's not horrible cmon...

I've never played Borderlands before, but I recently started the pre-sequel. I'm enjoying it so far, it's got some funny stuff in it.

I've been playing through 2 again as Zero. I've only ever played as Maya so it's been interesting.
I miss phaselock.
This game holds up but I'm so looking forward to powerslides and vaulting. Would this game over the top.

ive been playing the new DLC this week as Maya. I only used her for one run on vault hunter mode in the regular game. I probably played 4 runthroughs with Axton. That turret is the tits, but this phaselock thing is tight too.

Comes in really handy when you're in a party and you unlock the revive ability for it. Can save someone's arse from across the map almost.
Actually don't know what the range of it is, but it's pretty good.

I get it, but I honestly don't find it helpful. I guess the further down the ability tree you get it becomes more of an asset, but all it does is buy me time to get out of a situation if I'm about to die.
