#LSU's Joe Burrow on @OTB_ESPN says his biggest takeaway from the Manning Passing Academy was that he can "throw with anybody in the country."

Cliffs....

- spent the off-season same as any other. Working really hard, taking some time to rest.

- Manning passing academy was a lot of fun. He enjoyed picking the brain of the Mannings. Biggest take away was he is capable of throwing against anybody in the country.

- the teams expectations for this season are higher than everybody else. They just need to focus on getting better every single day though.

- Burrow feels like it's not HIS team. Thinks it's "our" (all of the players) team.

- individual work outs have been great. He has never been around things like this (direct contradiction of everything Buckeye Joe says).

- some of the new freshman that are working with them are looking really good.

- took him a while to adapt last season to Louisiana in general, and how to fit into the environment of the team.

- Relationship with Joe Brady is good. They have bonded over a love of the game. Says Brady brought in some new concepts that he is excited about.

- thinks the offense will look a little different. Says they are very excited about where they are going. Will spread the field and pick up the pace.

- 5 man protection and getting the ball out quickly is what he has been doing his whole life. He is very comfortable doing this, and the offense last year was something he hasn't played in his entire life. Took his first snap under center last year for the first time since youth football. He was not comfortable.

- there are plenty of play makers on the outside for him.

- thought playing in the SEC was tough. Being in the big 10 he thought the SEC was over rated, but he knows now it is not.

- when people say he is a coaches son, he takes it as a compliment. Thinks that helped him learn this new offense. Excited his dad will be able to come watch every game this year.

- it is a challenge going up against the LSU defense every day. Says the D is kicking their but sometimes.

- working dynamic between Brady, Ensminger and himself is great. E has final say, but he is great at listening to everyone.

- relationship with O. "Coach O is my guy."

- spent the 4th relaxing in Baton Rouge.

- talked about players being able to transfer is great for the game. Also says he is passionate about players right and compensation for players as well.

Oh, there are a few clueless fools on this board. Pretty much everyone who doesn't have the football chops to know that Burrow will be be one of the first 5 QBs selected in the 2020 NFL draft!

He actually said this with a bit of hesitation and said "there is value in not talking much about changes". Had a bit of a laugh in his voice.
