There's a plethora of worthwhile fitness channels out there.

Just wanted to throw out a few more, all the kizen guys, 3dmj guys, rp guys of course but also Ben Pollack, Joe defranco, Ryan Fischer and Marcus filly
Joe is still one of my go-to guys. Outside of Brian alshure I would rather lift and take advice from him than anyone else. He is a fricking legend for a reason.

Pollack is good. He, Pete Rubish and Mark Bell are second tier guys for me.

For flexible dieting recipes, Flexible Dieting Lifestyle is a great channel, even though dude is a little cringey on camera sometimes

Mike Thurston has some good stuff. Usually pretty simple, to the point tips and tricks on technique and diet.

YouTube is an excellent resource for any fitness fanatic. It contains dozens of instructional videos on how to pick up and move each type of weight, how to use varying machines, and how to perform various different exercises. New videos are posted regularly, often multiple times a day. This was my favorite activity during the lockdown because I was searching for some home workout exercises. I also ordered a lot of sports gear. My favorite piece is the joggers from lululookalike.com. I am in love with them. Great quality!
