Salad and homemade meat pies for dinner tonight.

Homemade remoulade dressing on mine.

Meat pies had an egg wash with a sprinkling of Cajun Bait Sweet Creole Onion seasoning on them. Tasty!!!!

We did tacos. I’ve been in the yard the last couple of hours and about to graze after a few cool pops seeing the yard done.

Did the cheese bread tasty grilled?

It looks like you just heated it up on the grill.

Better than the oven?

I thawed out a backstrap this morning to go with some grilled garden vegetables and fresh sweet corn. Never got around to cooking any of it. Looking like a highball of eagle rare and some Doritos.

Yes it was very tasty! Went to the store found a loaf that was somewhat hard and slightly pre-cut. Brushed butter on bread, put the cheese on and cooked it indirect on the grill.

I need to find where I can get more of that cheese lol.
