Not a chance. Same for Smith, Peterson and Watson. That will save you from starting 3 other threads.

If there were any chance for him to become a dominant frontline starter then the answer would be maybe.....but since there is no evidence that that can happen he should just go...get paid and start really developing as a closer in the pros.

I don't think he comes back, either way. IMO he needs to move on for reasons beyond the $. I think he has the talent to make it to the Majors, I'll be very interested to see how Hess develops at the next level away from Dunn's tutelage and pitch selection.
