A second barrage of questions by remotely competent questioners could very easily manufacture apparent conflicts in new testimony vs things stated earlier. A deliberate and motivated interrogation could do that to anyone They could do it to Mother Teresa. Partisans could then refer him for a """perjury""" indictment.
IDK what in the world Burr was thinking. However, this is both dangerous, and very unfair to DJTJr.

I don't believe this. Trump was clearly pissed about Jr being dragged through the mud again.
