Would any sane person meet with a bunch of lawyers and the NCAA, while not being allowed counsel of their own?

LSU isn't out of the woods by any means , & WW damned sure hasn't been cleared by the NCAA . You can believe the NCAA's investigation is coming.

Wade was too smart to fall for their little trap.

Um, k. Javonte Smart, mentioned in the "tape" (which no one has heard), was cleared to return after meeting with the NCAA, and Wade was cleared to return after meeting with LSU and the NCAA.

And if you think the FBI is going to turn over its unused evidence to the NCAA in the event of a resolution of the trial, keep dreaming. The FBI isn't in the habit of releasing unused evidence to other parties.

The takeaway from this is that LSU wasted five weeks suspending Wade on the basis of an internet report written by noted hack Pete Thamel. His subsequent attempts to advance the story were ineffective and laughable.

Not smart enough for the wiretap which started this whole mess.

He was cleared by LSU. The NCAA has no say in a suspension if you think they just met with him and that’s that and not further investigation will occur, I might have some beach from property in Nebraska you might be interested in

LSU never said Wade’s counsel couldn’t attend. That’s a rumor that LSU has disputed and it keeps being shared. Not true.

This post is also now a rumor. What's the difference?

I doubt the FBI can legally turn over evidence to a private party.

If I took selective quotes from everything you say and piece them together to make you look shady would that be your fault too? Or would you apply different logic to yourself? My god you Wade haters are stupid.

The abject stupidity which FKing-Alleva used in screwing this up speaks STRONGLY against your assertion. There literally seem no bounds to the LSU Admin's incapacity.

Based on pattern of behavior, I'd never presume "LSU never said Wade’s counsel couldn’t attend." In fact, given FKing's braindead approach to the thing, it seems more likely than not that at some point LSU did say that to Wade.
