Love Buds but that location was filthy for a long time that I stopped going in favor of a Metairie spot and our friends at Ben's Burgers.
If people weren't already turned off the place then I imagine it can't be worse. If the burger is okay they'll do fine.

Thanks for the love. Had a customer come in to Ben’s the other day just to say hello from tigerdroppings. Made my day.
Curren$y’s burger will be higher end, won’t be 24hrs, I’d expect like a 10$ burger. I hope he does well, but that place’s most loyal customers are blue collar everyday people. I don’t think they are gonna spend 18$ for a burger fries and a drink for too long. But his name is buzzing for buying this place so people will be willing to try it.
You can bet your life that if this place doesn’t do well you know who will be right back in that building.

That was me Ben, on Thursday. I'm had to say hello from TD. Glad it may your day. I must say the the sauce was great and both burgers were spot on. One with sauce, cheese, onions and the other "dressed" with cheese.
