I thought they are going to make a 3rd tribe out of the Extinction Island folks but who knows? They could bring them back as a tribe once it's 50/50 against those not voted out and start the game over? 
Either way I do think they "dropped their buffs" a little too early. There's only been 4 voted off.

Only three when they switched it up.
It was obvious there was going to be a switch after three tribals though because the one 'choose your advantage' was only good through the first three.

Not only did he make it to the merge before going to tribal, but after merge he won 4 individual immunity's in a row. He made it 28 freaking days without ever even having a torch at tribal cause he was always safe

Seems like they've been doing this pretty much every season and I think it's a big reason the tribes are ok with voting out people who do well in challenges. They know there's no point keeping th tribe strong if they're getting a new tribe the next couple days. I hate it.

I do think he is playing a decent game but he is annoying. Oh well, makes for good entertainment

Aubry was on the "brains" tribe, right? Goes home with an idol AND an advantage.
Rawdog is the weakest strong guy i have ever seen.
Wendy might actually be mentally handicapped. Lets the chickens go so no one can eat because she's "vegan". leaves tribal talking about getting a cheese burger.
Reem is climbing the ranks of the worst/most annoying player ever.
Wendy "dude, what is that?" dude gets the advantage.

Wentworth and Lauren in those shorts makes the show more fun to watch.

that's how it worked in other versions of Survivor.
I'd almost like to see them just form their own tribe and compete against the merged tribe. But that would make this season 6 months long.
Imagine the dysfunctional tribe that would create.

I bet what is going to happen is there will be an elimination challenge for the people of the edge of extinction. A long challenge that is both mental (puzzles) and physical. Only the winner will get to go back to play.
