quote:

A famous example of secretive programs was once run by a colleague of mine, Dr. Harold Puthoff. The Stargate Program was a secret intelligence collection effort straight out of science fiction books. Established by the Central Intelligence Agency under a different name, and later adopted by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the purpose of Stargate was to train intelligence collectors in advanced human cognitive capabilities and use them to collect information. Better known as the psychic spies, these elite individuals utilized the not very well-understood phenomena of precognition and “remote viewing” to conduct espionage against our adversaries.

Many in the scientific community were initially dismissive of the idea but were later mesmerized by the fidelity and accuracy of the data collected. Was the U.S. Government really tapping into things like witchcraft as some had proposed, or was there a more scientific explanation?

Perhaps one of the more controversial programs in U.S. history, it certainly wasn’t the first or the last to explore the weird world of quantum physics for the purposes of intelligence and information gathering.

quote:

Some of the most “out there” research happening in the government right now is in the world of quantum physics.

Quantum mechanics is a physics theory that studies the behavior of matter and energy at the atomic and subatomic level?—?and now, it’s helping to shed light on some of the most mysterious areas of science. Areas including teleportation, quantum entanglement, and zero-point energy are providing new insights into the very fabric of our reality and space-time. Ideas popularized by sci-fi shows like StarTrek are proving more real than you might think.

quote:

But AATIP had an advantage its predecessors didn’t?—?a better understanding of the quantum world. Only recently have we made advancements enough in our understanding of science that for the first time, many of the perplexing behaviors of UAP?—?such as instantaneous acceleration, hypersonic velocities, low observability, trans-medium travel, and even anti-gravity?—?can now be explained by quantum physics and not voodoo science.

No longer is the quantum world a scientific field of theory, it is now a practical field of reality. It may explain the very behavior of the universe and everything in it.
It might even help demystify the conundrum of “faster than light travel,” or frankly speaking, the ability to bend space-time in a way where you can go across great distances in an instant and still not break any laws of physics.

quote:

Quantum physics helps us explain the behavior of UAP.

All the reports of UAP have something in common: the weird and erratic way the unfamiliar crafts move through the sky. The first report of a “flying saucer” dates back to 1947 when a pilot saw nine objects resembling boomerangs in the sky, each moving “like a saucer if you skip it across the water.” In 2003, a New Zealand eyewitness described seeing a “disc-shaped silver UFO with erratic vertical and horizontal movements.” Thousands of reports by military and civilians from around the world have continued to report similar characteristics. Then, in December 2017, the Department of Defense released its first “official footage” of UFO encounters with the military. In the videos, the trained military pilots?—?who know exactly what both foreign and domestic aircraft look like when flying?—?are completely stumped by what they’re witnessing. The craft dart to one side, then zip across the screen to another point, seemingly defying the laws of science. How are they able to maneuver this way? UAP don’t seem to be bound by the same limitations and interpretations we have of space-time. They’re here one moment, gone the next. We can safely assume that whatever technology is being used, it’s likely far superior to ours.

quote:

It’s time for a paradigm change.

AATIP succeeded where others failed simply because our understanding of the physics finally caught up to our observations.

Now, equipped with more information than ever before, we’re on the precipice of some serious revelations and discoveries about our place in the universe

Blink-182 founder Tom DeLonge is credited as an executive producer behind an upcoming limited docuseries for the History Channel called Unidentified: Inside America’s UFO Investigation. A press release promises "new evidence on UFOs lead by the former special agent in-charge and director of the government's top-secret program." According to the trailer, see below, the show will debut in May 2019.

quote:

The six-part program centers around Luis Elizondo, a former military intelligence official who covered The New York Times in December for his revelations about a secret government UFO investigation program called Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP).

DeLonge, who is the co-founder of the paranormal science and culture organization To The Stars Academy, issued a statement: “With this show, the real conversation can finally begin. I’m thankful to HISTORY for giving the To The Stars Academy team of world-class scientists, engineers and intelligence experts the opportunity to tell the story in a comprehensive and compelling way. I think everyone that watches the show will walk away with questions answered and a feeling of, 'Wow, I get it now.'"

How the Increasing Belief in Extraterrestrials Inspires Our Real World

According to research by psychologists, belief in nonhuman intelligence is increasing in unprecedented ways, and many contemporary technopreneurs are being inspired in their work by it.

quote:

I first met Thomas* through a mutual friend. By most societal standards, Thomas would be considered “normal”—he’s a successful biotechnologist with a partner and kid, he enjoys long walks on the weekend and eating out. In his work, he helps create technologies that help people recover from illnesses, such as cancer. But the inspiration for some of Thomas’s most successful technologies—such as implant devices that are etched with a laser and coded so that human tissue recognizes them as itself, and not a foreign agent, or the use of an ancient stem cell that appears to help alleviate pain associated with cancer—is not something he openly shares. Why? Because, he explained to me, the implants were inspired by “nonhuman intelligence.” In other words, it wasn’t his own brilliant idea, nor was it another human’s. He believes that it came from a supernatural source, perhaps extraterrestrial.

His research protocol was, to be blunt, not transparent. He never told any of the scientists he recruited to his team where he acquired the idea for the new technology, because, according to Thomas, “First, they would have thought I was really weird, and second—and most importantly—it would have prevented them from being successful in implementing the necessary steps to create the technology. It would have been so far removed from their own belief systems that it would have been impossible for them to implement my vision. So, I keep that part secret.”

quote:

Perhaps the first technopreneur who has long been “out” concerning his belief in UFOs is Jacques Vallée, who worked on ARPANET (the proto-internet), a program funded by the military. In fact, he was working on this new technology while experimenting with telepathic phenomena, what some would call “woo-woo” science. Vallée was so well known for his study of UFOs that Steven Spielberg asked him to consult on the set of Close Encounters of the Third Kind (the French scientist played by François Truffaut in the movie is based on Vallée). He was one of the first vocal technologists to advocate for the study of UFOs, and he paved the way for a slew of other Silicon Valley scientists and biotechnologists who believe that the secret to their success is alien technology—in other words, artifacts found at alleged alien spacecraft crash sites or information provided to them through mental downloads.

quote:

The gaming expert, technologist, and investor Rizwan Virk confirms this new direction in the belief and practices associated with UFOs. In an article on the website Hacker Noon, he wrote, “I can say that I have personally spoken to researchers from top universities (Stanford, MIT, Harvard) who have seen the “artifacts” that the article references, and other similar ones that are even more secretive (and perhaps more functional).” In my own research, I have also met scientists who believe in these artifacts; I’ve even accompanied several of them on an expedition to an alleged alien crash site in New Mexico, which, I was told, was “not Roswell.” But I couldn’t tell you where, exactly, we were, as I was blindfolded so I wouldn’t be able to identify the location.

quote:

New work has suggested that human beings might be the “new technology” that will eventually populate other planets, galaxies, or universes. A recent presentation at the Harvard Medical School’s Consortium for Space Genetics argued that the people who would be best equipped to explore space would be those whose brains were attuned to nontraditional forms of knowledge, who have the ability to know things beyond normal means, somewhat like a sixth sense. These brains were referred to in the conference as “hyper.” The professor giving the presentation was Garry Nolan from Stanford University, a molecular biologist with a specialty in genetics. He explained that space exploration is fraught with danger: Radiation, the slowness of propulsion rocket technologies, and other factors are deterrents, thus NASA sends rovers and other exploratory technologies. Nolan argues that people who are best equipped to make correct, split-second judgments should be the ones chosen to investigate extraterrestrial destinations.

TPA crackpot theory to consider

Human may be biological specimens designed for:

Military use (why we are collectively very militaristic in nature)

Organ /tissue harvesting / scientific/psychological testing (hence we are quarantined on this rock similar to Prometheus where they did these things off of their home planet)

Biological avatars for them to have experiences on our planet

The Godhead who created the universe and life as a whole is different from the gods who made us...

Deep Prasad shared this photo and also claims (this is unverified) that Metamaterial results and analysis will be covered in the upcoming TTSA documentary TV show on The History Channel.

quote:

What makes this material so special? Now, in some cases, this material… was told it’s special. Through analysis…guess what? Not so special. Some of it is absolutely special. I won’t point out which ones on that slide but there are some that are absolutely special and have been briefed to some very, very senior levels of this government, and they do remarkable and extraordinary things and they’re built in such a way that to this day we still can’t replicate them…to this day. So, that should be very telling. Material science is a critical piece of this. You can’t just sit there and say, ‘Ah ha! I told you so.’ That’s not what this is about. This is not…this effort is not about satisfying the natural curiosity of people who want to know right now and I sad before, there’s a difference in giving information right and giving it right now.”

Dear John,

Because the War in Space race is heating up, I felt you should be aware of several factors as you and I schedule our Skype talk. Remember, our nonviolent ETI from the contiguous universe are helping us bring zero point energy to Earth. They will not tolerate any forms of military violence on Earth or in space. The following information in italics was shared with me by my colleague Carol Rosin, who worked closely for several years with Wernher von Braun before his death. Carol and I have worked on the Treaty on the Prevention of the Placement of Weapons in Outer Space, attached for your convenience.

quote:

We're arguably closer than ever to war in space. Most satellites orbiting Earth belong to the U.S., China and Russia. And recent tests of anti-satellite weapons don't exactly ease the scare factor. It sounds like science fiction, but the potential for real-life star wars is real enough. It's just not new. Fears of battles in space go back to the Cold War and several initiatives, like President Reagan's "Star Wars" missile-defense system. Deputy Defense Secretary Robert Work spoke to Congress in June about the threat. He said during a speech the technology the U.S. developed during the Cold War allows it "to project more power, more precisely, more swiftly, at less cost." Take a moment to think about everything satellites do. GPS, surveillance and communications all depend on them. And the Scientific American notes you can disable satellites without missiles. Simply spray-painting lenses or breaking antennas is enough. President Obama requested $5 billion for space defense in the 2016 fiscal budget. And a former Air Force officer told the Scientific American most of the United States' capabilities in space have been declassified to send a clear message: There are no rules for war in space.

The former AATIP director talkin:

To military audience
About UAP capabilities (at the limits of known physics)
“Cabals” within the government
Theological implications

Notice how he uses examples of giant squids/whales to describe seeking to describe a previously unknown phenomena

Regarding “the phenomena”, Delonge’s first book (Sekret Machines) discusses the possible metaphysical aspects of it (think ceremonial magic/projecting consciousness instead of a craft). Elizondo delves into some paranormal talk here

I do not think we are a zoo (in the strictest sense), but here is some mainstream speculation

Are We In A 'Galactic Zoo' Protected By Aliens?
Scientists Meet To Investigate The 'Great Silence'

Jamie CarterContributor

quote:

What is the Fermi Paradox and the “Great Silence?” Italian physicist Enrico Fermi asked ‘where is everybody?’ back in 1950 in what’s now called the Fermi Paradox. It addresses a contradiction in astronomy, and can be summarized thus: if extraterrestrial life and even intelligent alien civilizations are not just likely, but highly probable, then why have none of them been in contact with us? Are there biological or sociological explanations for this “Great Silence?” “We are very interested in the scientific approach used in the analysis of the Fermi Paradox and the search for intelligent life in the universe,” said Cyril Birnbaum and Brigitte David at the Cité des Sciences et de l’Industrie (Cité), the science museum in Paris that’s hosting today’s meeting. “The question ‘Are we alone?’ affects us all, because it is directly related to humanity and our place in the cosmos.”

quote:

What are scientists doing in Paris? Today, leading researchers from the fields of astrophysics, biology, sociology, psychology, and history are meeting at the Cité. “Every two years, METI International (METI stands for messaging extraterrestrial intelligence) organizes a one-day workshop in Paris as part of a series of workshops entitled What is Life? An Extraterrestrial Perspective,” said Florence Raulin Cerceau, co-chair of the workshop and a member of METI’s Board of Directors. The scientists are discussing some pretty insane-sounding questions:

Are extraterrestrials staying silent out of concern for how contact would impact humanity? Do we live in a “galactic zoo?”

Should we send intentional radio messages to nearby stars to signal humanity’s interest in joining the “galactic club?”

Will extraterrestrial intelligence be similar to human intelligence?

Did life get to earth from elsewhere in the galaxy (interstellar migration)?

quote:

What is the “zoo hypothesis”? This is a mind-warping idea that there are alien civilizations out there (no, not on Oumuamua) that know all about us, but purposefully hide from us. It certainly explains the “Great Silence.” “Perhaps extraterrestrials are watching humans on Earth, much like we watch animals in a zoo,” explains Douglas Vakoch, president of METI. “How can we get the galactic zookeepers to reveal themselves?” At a workshop, Vakoch proposed that humans should be more active in the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. “If we went to a zoo and suddenly a zebra turned toward us, looked us in the eye, and started pounding out a series of prime numbers with its hoof, that would establish a radically different relationship between us and the zebra, and we would feel compelled to respond,” he said. It’s hard to disagree with that. “We can do the same with extraterrestrials by transmitting powerful, intentional, information-rich radio signals to nearby stars,” he said.

How is this for a synchronicity...

Who's Behind the Door? by Zebra HD 775,766 views

There are some Masonic themes in the video

We sailed away
We walked 2 thousand miles
and then we slipped away
We looked so hard
But couldn't seem to find just what
the world was for
Now we know
Just what the journey's for

Looking out to the stars
Think about what you are
What do they think of you
Animals in their zoo
They haven't got the time
Landing's not on their minds
How do they have the nerve
We're animals in preserve

They watch us all
They're only making sure that we
don't trip and fall
Now they look so hard
But they can't tell us why they're
here and just what for
Because they don't know
Who opened up the door

How can we find out more
Who owns the keyless door
Where does the circle end
Who are the unwatched men
Where do we go from here
Faith is a fading fear
Life is a waiting room
I hope they don't call me soon

How much more do you really
think you know than a flower
does about who's behind the door!

quote:

What is the “galactic quarantine” theory? Think the “zoo hypothesis” theory is insane? That’s nothing compared to another theory about alien benevolence. “It seems likely that extraterrestrials are imposing a ‘galactic quarantine’ because they realize it would be culturally disruptive for us to learn about them,” said Jean-Pierre Rospars, the honorary research director at the Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique and co-chair of the workshop. “Cognitive evolution on Earth shows random features while also following predictable paths … we can expect the repeated, independent emergence of intelligent species in the universe, and we should expect to see more or less similar forms of intelligence everywhere, under favorable conditions,” he added. “There’s no reason to think that humans have reached the highest cognitive level possible. Higher levels might evolve on Earth in the future and already be reached elsewhere.”

quote:

Why aliens could be very different from humans Why should they be even remotely similar? “The environment on an exoplanet will impose its own rules,” said Roland Lehoucq, an astrophysicist who works at the Commissariat à l’Énergie Atomique (CEA). “There is no trend in biological evolution: the huge range of various morphologies observed on Earth renders any exobiological speculation improbable, at least for macroscopic ‘complex’ life.” Skeptical that humans would have much in common with extraterrestrial life forms, Lehocq discussed “our persistent anthropocentrism in our understanding and description of alien life” and how difficult it is for humans to imagine extraterrestrial intelligence radically different from ourselves.

quote:

Belief in aliens could be America’s next religion
‘American Cosmic’ explores how the once-fringe phenomenon has taken root among the powerful.

quote:

Belief in the little green men (or tall, suspiciously Nordic, hyper-enlightened space brethren, depending on whose accounts you believe) has long been a one-way ticket to social disrepute. It belongs to the chainsmoking Nevada diner waitress, the virginal malcontent reading anti-Semitic lizard people websites in his mother’s basement, the aunt whose minivan is littered with pamphlets on lesser-known Marian apparitions and dire end-times prophecies, the bearded ’70s peace-and-love guru who later turned out to be a sex criminal. It is precisely three steps above joining the Black Hebrew Israelites.

But that seems to be changing. A new book by D.W. Pasulka — professor and chair of the department of philosophy and religion at the University of North Carolina Wilmington — American Cosmic: UFOs Religion, and Technology, focuses not on grassroots investigative societies or marginal cults, but on UFO believers in the halls of power.

quote:

Her narrative begins on a drive through the hills with pioneering computer scientist, venture capitalist, and ufologist Jacques Vallee. “Silicon Valley is full of secrets,” he tells her. It ends in the Vatican Secret Archives (alas, not because the Ultimate Clue lies steganographically hidden in a Templar codex).

Along the way, Pasulka meets “Tyler,” a biomedical technology mogul associated with the U.S. space program. Tyler is the most curious part of a curious book. Like most of the scientists, government researchers, and tech giants Pasulka quotes, Tyler’s real name remains a secret. But Pasulka has presumably done scholarly due diligence on his background, which would otherwise be hard to believe: Tyler has over 40 biotech patents to his name, many of which he believes were communicated to him by non-human intelligence. He works in a government program where, according to him, the kind of intricate security-clearance labyrinths one might find in an X-Files episode are the norm. “I don’t know who is responsible for putting me on these jobs. I think that somehow they are responsible for it. My own direct boss doesn’t know what I do. This is how the program works.”

Pasulka describes him breezing through airports without getting stopped by security: “We arrived at the airport, and Tyler sailed right past security, past first class, past economy class, and out the other side. He seemed to be literally beyond the law.” His name unlocks doors at the Vatican. In his official capacity as a researcher with the U.S. space program, one of his roles is merely to be at certain places at certain times — his superiors believe, apparently that his physical presence produces certain outcomes at experiments and rocket launches.

Part of this shift is what Jacques Vallee calls the “Invisible College,” the network of credentialed, well-placed researchers seriously investigating the phenomenon. “The phenomenon” is Vallee’s carefully neutral term for the collection of commonly attested events and effects that make up “UFO” sightings. The term is useful for those trying to apply a scientific or scholarly framework, because it makes no claims about the origins. And in fact, Vallee does not believe that what people commonly identify as extraterrestrials actually come from space. Vallee is agnostic on their actual origins, but at various points has posited that they may be some sort of window into another dimension, or an illusion created for psychological manipulation.

quote:

The social credibility of the “invisible college” could potentially lend a valuable gravitas to belief in the phenomenon, if they were to come forward. But for now, stigma or the protocols of the member’s work enforce silence and anonymity. At a moment where the UFO is betwixt and between — almost, but not quite ready for uncontroversial discussion in polite society — Pasulka finds that circumlocution, pseudonymity, and privacy militate against the academic virtues of transparency and exact citation trails. This dynamic creates a frustrating opacity for the reader: it’s often unclear which of the wilder parts of Tyler’s story she has confirmed independently. However, none of this secrecy necessarily suggests a conspiracy, unless it’s the same conspiracy that has dogged every system that moved from marginal belief to massive social leverage. To decent Romans, Christianity was a weird and possibly sorcerous cult practiced by rednecks and illiterates — until suddenly it was the force behind the empire. The Mormons were unwelcome freaks who believed in seer stones, indigenous American Israelites, and polygamy. Now they’re the face of clean-cut American success west of the Rockies.

quote:

“In religious studies, this would be a miracle, either a miraculous object or a miraculous event, such as a healing. Of course, this is not how Tyler and James would speak about the site, but it is my assessment. The sites in New Mexico function as the sacred sites of a new religion… They are the places of a hierophany, where non-human beings descended to earth and left us a ‘donation’ as James, chuckling, once called it.” A hierophany is a revelation of a sacred being, and Pasulka is not the first to make the connection between the descent of glowing saucers and glowing angels. Erich von Dänikan’s Chariot of The Gods gave rise to the cheerfully mendacious Ancient Aliens, which re-interprets almost every major ancient civilization’s religious and cultural legacy as the work of visiting extraterrestrials.

quote:

Adherents point to the Bible’s more bizarre manifestations of divine presence as indications that the Abrahamic religions are built on misidentified extraterrestrial encounters. For instance, Ezekiel’s wheel, traditionally believed to be revelation of the ineffable and awful Lord of hosts, is better understood as a spaceship.

https://www.gaia.com/article/is-ezekiels-vision-of-the-wheel-evidence-of-ufos-in-the-bible

quote:

WAS EZEKIEL DESCRIBING EXTRATERRESTRIAL VISITORS IN THE BIBLE?

quote:

4I looked, and I saw a windstorm coming out of the north—an immense cloud with flashing lightning and surrounded by brilliant light. The center of the fire looked like glowing metal, 5 and in the fire was what looked like four living creatures. In appearance their form was human, 6 but each of them had four faces and four wings. 7 Their legs were straight; their feet were like those of a calf and gleamed like burnished bronze. 8 Under their wings on their four sides they had human hands. All four of them had faces and wings, 9 and the wings of one touched the wings of another. Each one went straight ahead; they did not turn as they moved.” – Ezekiel 1

quote:

“15 As I looked at the living creatures, I saw a wheel on the ground beside each creature with its four faces. 16 This was the appearance and structure of the wheels: They sparkled like topaz, and all four looked alike. Each appeared to be made like a wheel intersecting a wheel. 17 As they moved, they would go in any one of the four directions the creatures faced; the wheels did not change direction as the creatures went. 18 Their rims were high and awesome, and all four rims were full of eyes all around… 22 Spread out above the heads of the living creatures was what looked something like a vault, sparkling like crystal, and awesome.” – Ezekiel 1

quote:

Or, like Tyler, you can develop a personal protocol that will allow you to “interface” with a higher intelligence and creative source. “I basically believe, and there is evidence for this, that our DNA is a receptor and a transmitter,” he claims. “It works at a certain frequency — The same frequency, in fact, that we use to communicate with satellites in deep space. Humans are a type of satellite, in fact. So, in order to receive the signals and to transmit the signals, we have to tune our physical bodies and DNA. Because of this, I make sure I sleep really well… I rarely drink alcohol, as it interferes with my sleep, and I never drink coffee. Coffee really messes up the signal.”

There is, however, another way that the UFO religion may be a religion of technology. More than one person has pointed out that alien accounts have some odd similarities with older fairy folklore: the strange lights, the miniature people, the domestic disturbances, the appearances and disappearances. But the most relevant point may be that fairies were often described as mimicking the appearance and behavior of the landed aristocracy. Tall, beautiful, and amoral, they spent their time hunting, dancing, and fighting. They did not take it kindly if you trespassed on their land.

quote:

These days, the nearest most of us peasants get to wealth and power is using the technology that makes billionaires of the people who own it. Accounts of immensely powerful visitors with technology beyond the comprehension of ordinary humanity, whose inventions do strange things to the mind, who collect human tissue for their own purposes: These could certainly describe exterrestrial visitors. But you need go no farther than Palo Alto to find an equally plausible referent. If alien beliefs are an emerging religion, they may be an attempt to propitiate and manage anxiety around the strange new gods venture capital has created. The fact that Pasulka’s book heavily features the tech elite as prime examples of alien belief does not detract from this hypothesis; it would be surprising if Silicon Valley ever found something more worthy of worship than itself.

quote:

Still, there are signs that alien belief is poised to become one of the world’s ethical religions. Alien beliefs often implicate the world in wickedness and call for repentance — many accounts of alien contacts include calls for an end to war and an increase in peaceful human cooperation. A recent New York Times op-ed used an alien invasion as a model for thinking about climate change.

A caution...

I will add this to provide balance:

Hindu nationalists claim ancient sage ‘invented spaceships’

quote:

NEW DELHI // Speakers at a prestigious science conference in Mumbai have said that a Hindu sage invented interplanetary spacecraft 7,000 years ago, that a herbal paste applied to a person’s feet can help locate underground water and that a bacteria found in cows can turn any material into gold.

These unconventional claims were made on Sunday during a session of the continuing Indian Science Congress, titled Ancient Sciences Through Sanskrit. The discussion was sandwiched between more orthodox events on nuclear magnetic resonance and the structure of the atom, and speakers were an uncomfortable fit with the rest of those on the day’s schedule: spiritual counsellors and Sanskrit scholars moving among neurologists, chemists and physicists. “There is official history and unofficial history,” said one of the speakers, retired pilot trainer Anand Bodas. “Official history only noted that the Wright Brothers flew the first plane in 1903,” but the inventor of the airplane was really a sage named Bharadwaja, who lived around 7,000 years ago. “The ancient planes had 40 small engines.” The pilots of these planes, Mr Bodas went on, wore special suits that protected them from viruses, electric shocks and extreme weather conditions.

quote:

Oppenheimer, although raised in a Jewish environment, was deeply affected by Vedic philosophy. His brother said that Oppenheimer found the Bhagavad-Gita “very easy and quite marvellous… (and) was really taken by the charm and the general wisdom of the Bhagavad-Gita”. Oppenheimer also claimed that, “access to the Vedas is the greatest privilege this century may claim over all previous centuries” Remarkably he even once hinted at the possibility of weapons on par of the nuclear ones who was working on in previous eras, particularly those of the Ramayana and Mahabharata.

quote:

While he was giving a lecture at Rochester University, during the question and answer period a student asked a question to which Oppenheimer gave a strangely qualified answer:

Student: “Was the bomb exploded at Alamogordo during the Manhattan Project the first one to be detonated?
Dr. Oppenheimer: “Well — yes. In modern times, of course.

Some people suggest that Oppenheimer was referring to the Brahmastra weapon mentioned in the Mahabharata. The appreciation didn’t stop there. So much so he always gave the book (Bhagavad Gita) as a present to his friends and kept a copy on the shelf closest to his desk. At Franklin Roosevelt’s funeral he read a passage from the Gita chapter 17 verse 3 , “Man is a creature whose substance is faith, what his faith is, he is”.

Multiple Polish media sources reported on a speech Walesa made to a civic club in Krosno, an ancient city in southwestern Poland. While not there to talk about UFOs, Lech wandered off the script (as world leaders seem to do a lot these days) and worked UFOs and “higher civilizations” into the conversation. While he doesn’t seem to have spoken publicly about his belief in UFOs and aliens, his comments suggest he’s of the opinion that they’re the type that’s observing us without interference (the ‘zoo’ theory) but will move in if they feel the need. Then he warns that actions by current politicians (French president Emmanuel Macron and Russian president Vladimir Putin) could trigger just such a decision by a higher civilization of watchers. Walesa believes their interference would not be benevolent and the consequences would be long-lasting. (If you understand Polish, you can watch the entire speech here. The UFO comments begin at 1h 04m 56 sec.)

Zoo theory discussed in the post above

There are three levels of intellectual development on other galaxies. We are the lowest. And the higher civilization comes as a UFO and others, and looks at what they are doing here. If we threaten to destabilize here with Macron, Putin there, they will interrupt us, cut us in half, the Earth will collapse, everyone will crush.”

I think I'm going to drink coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.

Some people might find that kind of proposition (what this Tyler guy says) wonderful and liberating or something.

Me? I think I can follow the A->B causality chain well enough to think it sucks arse.

I've seen lots of posts by you. Lessee Annunaki, Sumeria, etc.

But have you thought this through? What the logical consequences are? Not so very interesting to be human.

Actually:

When Colin and Stefan drop acid, we get a better look at Colin’s blow-up of the Ubik book cover and we see groovy spray paint is pouring out of a paint can. Ubik is arguably Dick’s most respected and revered novel. In 2009 Timenamed it one of the best 100 novels since 1923, Michel Gondry held the rights to turn it into a film for years and gave up in 2011, and author Jonathan Lethem has a tattoo of the spray can cover on his arm. What is the spray can? It’s a fake sci-fi product, which can reverse certain events, but also might be God leaking into our own world. Basically, if you get sprayed with Ubik, you get linked to something called half-life, in which you start to become aware of other timelines.

An observation:
Spray painting is a very popular activity in a popular alternative reality named Fortnite...
Do you like to re-spawn??? Similar to PACMAN?

Dick's work influenced The Matrix, Total Recall and many modern works of science "fiction"...

Of all the stuff you've posted TP (and who know how much I admire your input/talents), this one stuck in my craw. At first glance I thought you were in some way delineating a 'separation' of the ABSOLUTE Creative Power (Absolute Source), and implying that being that the Empirical Evidence indicates that our World/Spiritual Essence (Soul) is at it's (creative) core...in some way essentially corrupt.

Troubling, to think so. But as your are a *Scientist* at heart (my assumption), and Socially motivated Scientist at that (IMO)...I assume that you view Empirical Truth as not an end in itself, but a means to an end. Said 'end' being, the ultimate Spiritual elevation of those individuals who so choose such an (Spiritual/Feeling-based) end.

This 'End' - or in Star Trek lingo, being the "Prime Directive" - would IMO, be the same as Jesus so bore witness too. Love. Love being an absolute Feeling of Unity and Goodness. I.e., an form of Spiritual Feeling wherein ALL things are seen in the 'big picture' creative scenario, as being founded in Love. As opposed to the idea which you posit, that the "gods who made us"...did not act altruistically, for OUR edification, but to their own.

ETA, I rally to this (my usual inclination) Biblical idea..."sewn in corruption, raised incorruptible". I know that "the gods who made us" are indeed subservient to THE Absolute Source, such being a form of Consciousness which is essentially an *Idea*. Said Idea being "The Word". "The Word was with God, and the Word WAS God".

I too have sought Knowledge for my entire adult life, as a means to an end. End being serving the Feeling of Love. The task of increasing/experiencing the spiritual power of Love can be immense, or as my 4 yr. old Granddaughter does daily...infinitely simple. "Lest ye be as a child..." I know you know what I mean.

Sometimes I reflect on the acquisition of Knowledge, and then compare that to the (Eastern) Philosophy ("Transcendental Meditation") of not 'thinking' our way to 'Heaven'...but essentially stopping the thought ("internal dialogue"/Castaneda).

"I will take the wise in their own craftiness". I don't know what "the gods who made us" or where they play to go, but I am 100% sure of my own INTENT, and where I hope/strive to go. And I am not fool enough to base my struggle and it's success or failure on my own will alone, but on the Mercy of the One who came to offer Mercy/Salvation, to those who so choose to validate and embrace the Idea of Love.

To each their own. Parallel Universes..."many mansions".

Good work.

Regarding craft that can traverse the mediums of air and water...

https://silvarecord.com/2019/03/29/ufos-in-water-usos/

quote:

UFOs in Water: USOs

quote:

In the Enuma Elish, divine powers existed in a primordial state, before the universe was created. Foremost among these was Apsu and his spouse, Tiamat. Tiamat is described as a serpent or dragon deity, connected with the waters that pre-existed the land and the stars. Tiamat represented salt water, and her husband Apsu (or Abzu) represented sweet or freshwater. It was the commingling of these waters that gave rise to the generation of gods. As pointed out in several sources, Apsu and Tiamat are not gods per se, but seem to represent proto-deities: perhaps natural forces out of which the Sumerian pantheon was born. We know from Genesis 1:2 that God is depicted as hovering or moving over the “face of the waters.” Thus there is some general agreement between the two texts that water pre-existed the rest of Creation. This sentiment is echoed in the Hebrew word for “the deep” or “the abyss” which is tehom, a word cognate with Tiamat. – Gods, Man, & War by Tom Delonge with Peter Levenda

quote:

An amazing video was leaked years ago from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. It was reportedly recorded by the United States Department of Homeland Security. Despite skeptical claims, if authentic, this video stands out as one of the best ever captured. It features thermal video similar to what we’ve seen released by the Pentagon. The UFO was spotted near the Rafael Hernandez Airport, but also traveled near residential areas. An extremely detailed analysis was done by the Scientific Coalition of Ufology. There is a lot of compelling evidence associated with this case as detailed in the SCU report. In the video it appears that the UFO dips in and out of the water, but doesn’t really slow down and even speeds up, as if the water has little to no effect on it. Some say the UFO in the video even splits in two at one point, watching the video it certainly appears that way, and the SCU investigation also comes to that conclusion.

“In that same TS/SCI building cafeteria in El Segundo, I had lunch with a senior USAF NCO who had worked for Project Blue Book in the 1970s (after it had been “officially disbanded). He was an ELINT technician (electronic intelligence) who flew in RC-135s from MacDill AFB in Florida. The “normal” target was Cuba where they did lots of snooping and sometimes challenging the Cubans to turn on radar and other systems. He said there were times when they were diverted from these missions to track UFOs off the east coast of Florida. His claim was they UFOs had a landing and takeoff spot in the ocean east of Miami, north of Bermuda. He also claimed there was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water, so they were easy to track. On several occasions they filmed the UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa.”

And I’ve always stated that I think that this is related to the profile points that I gave you. One of those is water. And when you look at Mississippi and Louisiana, say, it’s just filled with water. And I have no cases from there. It’s bizarre! And isn’t there a lake, fairly near that (Skinwalker) ranch?”

George Knapp: “Yeah, it’s a reservoir. It’s called Bottle Hollow. It’s a man-made lake. It’s right in the middle of the Ute reservation. The Utes control that property. They allow camping and fishing and swimming and things of that sort. But at that lake is…has a long history of really weird stuff. Creatures have been seen there and objects coming in and out of the water. And there have been a lot of drownings. The Ute tribe believes there’s something in the water that pulls you down. A lot of people have drowned there.”

Again, we have referenced Native American curses earlier in the thread

Below is from the Nimitz incident (event that is the genesis of The NY Times article)

quote:

This quote is from the 2004 USS Nimitz Pilot Report:

“As source looked down at the ocean from the cockpit, they noticed a small patch of water, approximately 60 feet wide by 80 feet in length that appeared choppy and turbulent amongst a calm sea. The disturbance was unusual in that there was no apparent cause. The area was generally the shape of an oval and appeared to be ‘roiling’. Towards the center of the disturbance, the water appeared lighter color and smooth again as if an unknown object had recently submerged beneath the surface. Source opined they thought they were witnessing a crash, perhaps that of an unidentified aircraft, as they made the mental transition from intercept mission to search and rescue. Approximately two seconds after noticing the unusual water disturbance, Source described witnessing a small, unidentified aerial system (UAS) cross over the turbulent area of water. The unidentified object was elongated, approximately 30 to 40 feet in length, white in color, and described resembling a ‘”tic-tac” candy mint. The object had no distinguishable control surfaces, was uniformly smooth, with no windows. doors, or lights visible. The object was opaque with a solid, definable edge. The object did not appear to emit any noticeable light or radiation from its surface nor did it have any noticeable exhaust trail. The object traveled from left to right over the disturbed water at an altitude of approximately 1000 to 3000 feet. The object appeared to travel at a speed of approximately 300 to 500 knots in a straight line. Source was unaware of the origin of the object or its destination but believed the disturbed water below could have been related in some way to the object.”

Check out the mormons king follet discourse.. defining piece of literature that they tend to avoid talking about. I was watching The Expanse and the mormons in it reminded me of it. Small excerpt.

"I want to go back to the beginning and so lift your minds into a loftier sphere, a more exalted understanding than what the human mind generally understands. I want to ask this congregation, every man, woman and child, to answer the question in his own heart what kind of a being God is. What kind of a being is God?

...What sort of a being was God in the beginning? Open your ears and hear all ye ends of the earth; for I am going to prove it to you by the Bible, and I am going to tell you the designs of God for the human race and why he interferes with the affairs of man.. First, God himself, who sits enthroned in yonder heaven, is a man like one of you. That is the great secret.

...I shall comment on the very first Hebrew word in the Bible, Berosheit. I want to analyze the word; baith--in, by, through, and everything else. Rosh--the head. Sheit--grammatical termination. When the inspired man wrote it, he did not put the baith there. A man, a Jew without any authority, thought it too bad to begin to talk about the head. It read first, "The head one of the Gods brought forth the Gods"; that is the true meaning of the words. Baurau signifies to bring forth... Thus the head God brought forth the Gods in the grand council.

The word create came from the word baurau; it does not mean to create out of nothing; it means to organize, the same as a man would organize materials to build a ship."

U.S. Navy drafting new guidelines for reporting UFOs
The service says it has also 'provided a series of briefings by senior Naval Intelligence officials as well as aviators who reported hazards to aviation safety.'

quote:

The U.S. Navy is drafting new guidelines for pilots and other personnel to report encounters with "unidentified aircraft," a significant new step in creating a formal process to collect and analyze the unexplained sightings — and destigmatize them. The previously unreported move is in response to a series of sightings of unknown, highly advanced aircraft intruding on Navy strike groups and other sensitive military formations and facilities, the service says.

Nuclear instillations...

quote:

To be clear, the Navy isn’t endorsing the idea that its sailors have encountered alien spacecraft. But it is acknowledging there have been enough strange aerial sightings by credible and highly trained military personnel that they need to be recorded in the official record and studied — rather than dismissed as some kooky phenomena from the realm of science-fiction.

quote:

The development comes amid growing interest from members of Congress following revelations by POLITICO and the New York Times in late 2017 that the Pentagon established a dedicated office inside the Defense Intelligence Agency to study UAPs at the urging of several senators who secretly set aside appropriations for the effort.

That office spent some $25 million conducting a series of technical studies and evaluating numerous unexplained incursions, including one that lasted several days involving the USS Nimitz Carrier Strike Group in 2004. In that case, Navy fighter jets were outmaneuvered by unidentified aircraft that flew in ways that appeared to defy the laws of known physics.

Again, “known” physics...
