An alternate outcome to all this (just thinking out loud)

I know I know.. another "hot take" but just hear me out. I think it's more plausible than CWW being an FBI informant.

I'm not worried about the FBI shite at all. I'm worried about after the trial when the NCAA starts shaking shite up.

What if they find that the entire thing is so widespread and rampant throughout CBB that they don't punish one or two particular schools or coaches. Are they going to put 1/3 of college hoops teams on probation? Maybe they use this as a wake-up call to try and regulate shite more going forward or it prompts some serious changes.

Because it's the NCAA I'm sure they'll find a way to frick this up and LSU will get killed as usual.

Maybe this is a comparable example..

If a senior class at a high school pulls some huge prank that goes awry, is the administration likely to take the time to investigate and try to find the ringleaders, or would they simply penalize the whole class by taking away prom or something?

Of course that scenario is dependent upon the administration not being comprised of complete morons. So.... we might be out of luck there. Maybe there is some way that they can punish/reform college basketball as a whole without singling out a handful of schools to punish.
