Go to whore lane or whatever they call it and buy one out of a window.
Maybe by now they have a vending machine like Carvana.

First go to a place called the Lichaam Condoom Winkel and then hit the red light district.

Check out Proeflokaal Arendsnest if you are into craft beer.

I planned to do several touristy things, but then I got really really really high with some Arab Jews from NY.
Learn to roll a joint with some long arse papers.
As said, 50 euros for 20 minutes, whether an OT 9 or OT 2. Haggle on additional time; they'll ask for another 50 but take 20. Also, find a chick that doesn't have a rough eastern European type standing outside. My hooker was just a student trying to earn her some tuition money.
The casino has a dress code, so you can't go play poker in sweatpants and a hoodie. It closes at midnight, so don't rely on public transportation if you stay till it closes. Playing cards in a different language is a good experience.
Get a daily or weekly pass for the trams and shite.
If you like french fries, you're going to be in heaven.
Bring a good arse umbrella.
Watch out for black people: they are either thieves or drug dealers. This was the warning I got from the lady at our hotel when I checked in with my black friend. Suprisingly, I saw two black dudes: one tried to sell me coke and the other tried to pickpocket my arse. It was ironic.
Watch out for the bicycles. They'll smoke your arse if you get in the way.
Schiphol is a little ways from city centre. Plan for a train ride after you land.
Get a milkshake if you go to the Bulldog.
Find the cool arse bar that everybody sounds American while singing shite like Sweet Caroline. It's fun when you find out that most don't speak English after singing like your neighbor.
Good looking hookers, of all nationalities, everywhere. Be picky and browse. It'll be one of those times that you won't want to sit on the bench during shopping time.
Don't eat the whole box of mushrooms. Americans are overzealous with the magic mushrooms.
You can stay outside of city centre to save some money or stay in a nicer hotel for the same money. Traveling is cheap and easy within the city. European cities have pretty decent public transportation systems.
That's all I can think of right now. I'll add if I remember anything.

Waffle caramel things
Stroopwaffel (syrup waffle): two thin waffle wafers with a caramel type of syrup sandwiched in between. Most definitely eat these as much as your dentist will allow.

This times 100. I had always heard about how many people in Amsterdam ride bicycles but you can't even grasp how overwhelming it is until you go there. Watch out at all times for people on bicycles. They are not fooling around.

I feel like I should edit my post since they moved it to a classier spot.
Sorry, travel board. We're a bit uncouth over at the OT.

More to the point, don't get run over by a bicycle. Better have your head on a swivel because they are unforgiving.

I went two years ago and am going back again in April for King's Day.
The Heineken experience was pretty cool, tour of the original brewery. Was like $20 I think.
Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum are a must IMO.
Albert Cuyp Market is a cool food/street market that is worth checking out. Get you a stroopwafel.
I definitely recommend some late night Wok to Walk for your late night hunger cravings.
Foodhallen was a really cool food hall.
Obviously stop by the red light district and go to some coffee houses.
