Could Clemson beat an AAF team? or an XFL team?

Or is the parity still too much

This thread is even worse than the ATL dick riding thread.

Is the whole Clemson team on PEDs or not?

Great time to ask this before the leagues have ever kicked off

For what it's worth, I think most of the top college football teams would absolutely kill the majority of AAF teams.

quote:
Why?
Primarily because AAF teams are filled with tweener types who aren't quite good enough for the NFL. The top college teams have legitimate NFL talent at multiple positions.
A quick example, just because I'm most familiar with former Bama players:
The Birmingham Iron's starting OL is made up of 4 former Bama players. Two of them were basically career backups while at Bama (Kirven & Hassenauer). Another is Dominick Jackson, who started at RT, but was inconsistent and was not drafted and never made an NFL roster. The other is Brandon Greene, who didn't even play OL at Bama (TE), but had a big body and was converted after signing with the Bears as an undrafted free agent.
Virtually every Bama offensive line since 2009 was drastically better than what the Birmingham Iron fielded today, and those guys out there today looked pretty decent against Memphis.
I would imagine the same or similar can be said for Clemson, Ohio State, Georgia, LSU, etc...

One could argue.
How many players on Memphis will be playing in the NFL next year?
How many players on Alabama will be playing in the NFL next year?
It’s a more legit question than the worst team in the NFL one.
And Saban > Singletary.
