Is Marvin Lewis still a good Defensive coach?

Marvin Lewis was once a great DC. Why isn’t his name being mentioned more as a possible coordinator to pair with one of these young, first time offensive minded head coaches? Is it because he hasn’t been a coordinator in 20 years?
He’s had far more success as both a coordinator and head coach than guys like Vance Joseph.
Would he cast too big a shadow over someone like Kingsbury?

I doubt he’s interested. He was already on the verge of retirement. Will likely take some time off and then end up in the bengals FO
