Wife (no pics) works from home and spends a lot of time on the phone. She uses the Apple Earpods but is constantly being told that she's "cutting out".

I was thinking about the AirPods but didn't know if they were any better.

What's the Tech Board's go-to headset (wireless or bluetooth)?

Sounds like she should get a noise cancelling phone headset instead of crappy Apple headphones. Don't have any recs. Sorry.

I tried the Zigee iPhone Dock... terrible connection problems... worthless. There is another company that makes a dock but its $250....so... I'm in the same boat

Why not get an actual headset instead of headphones?

I've been using Airpods for about a month now. Great purchase. I'm using on conference calls, personal calls, and to listen to music/podcasts. I've not had one complaint (yet) that I'm "on a bluetooth", "can't hear", "muffled", "cutting out", etc. I got those daily when I was holding my iPhone, so take that for what it's worth.

Thats a signal problem, not a headphone problem. Get a landline.
