Selling shotgun shells at a garage sale

I don't ever do or go to garage sales, but we are having neighborhood one this weekend. So I was wondering is it common to sell ammo?

I would fire off a round into the air at the beginning of the sale to make sure everyone knows they work

Yeah pretty much. I'm not giving the stuff away, but I'm not looks to rake you over the coals. Some 12ga. steel, and some 20ga. lead target loads.
