RB Recruits - Factor in Wear and Tear

If you are a top RB recruit with NFL aspirations, consider the longevity of NFL RBs from LSU (more of a committee RB approach) and schools like Alabama (more of a bellcow RB approach) it is clear that with the LSU approach rbs have a longer NFL career.
RBs that finished their collegiate careers from 2010 to 2014 that are still in the NFL
Alabama
Ingram
LSU
Ridley
Ware
Hill
Blue
Magee
Hilliard
Eddie Lacy and Trent Richardson had very short NFL careers. Being highly successful bellcow collegiate backs played a part in this.
Getting to the 2nd or 3rd NFL contract is life changing. Many LSU rbs have accomplished that.

Just splitting hairs here, but if you're going to add Hilliard and Magee to the list, you need to add Yeldon. You make an excellent point though. Overall, Alabama has a total of 5 RB's in the league, LSU has 9. The only one that has injury issues over his career is Ridley, but an old RB is rare in the NFL anyway.

Eddie lacy isn’t in the league anymore bc of his “bellcow” work at bama, it’s bc his fatass couldn't put down the cheeseburger and fries and get in the gym
