Great time.

Mine is 3:15 from about a year ago. We retested 2K more recently.

3:59.8 haha. I was glad to get that after the EMOM and it being my first timed 1000.

I suppose it's possible I extended my hips immediately after this pic was taken but that seems a little late. Probably need a video.




An update on cleans..


They're coming along. This was on a PR at 155, and I power cleaned without really having to dip at all.
