Quick Trip with young kids

We’re looking to take a 3 night trip with a 1, 3, and 4 year old. We were thinking destin, the Grand, JW in San Antonio, maybe a cabin/tree house in Arkansas, or maybe even a cruise out of Nola. We’d be leaving on March 29th so we’re worried about it not being warm enough to swim. Any ideas or recommendations would be very much welcomed. We already did Disney over Mardi Gras so that’s out but we’re open to anything else.

Gulf isn’t warm enough to swim, but plenty of beach places have heated pools. Easter/Spring break is gonna drive up those prices, though.
