Morris, a top-250 prospect and No. 19-ranked safety in the 2019 class, is making a third unofficial visit as he prepares to make a decision in the next few months

Morris’ attention shifted to LSU after the team signed only one defensive back in its 2018 haul, which has become an intriguing aspect for the 6-foot-2, 185-pound safety.

“That’s my hometown team, man, and they’re always in my heart no matter what. They’re definitely up there and I’m looking forward to going home and connecting with the coaches.

LSU visit looms large for Jamal Morris

At one point LSU led for Bobby Wolfe, Erick Young, and Jamal Morris.

I was wondering the same thing. The only thing I can figure is the OP seems to have become quite polarizing (quite unlike Shaq - from a separate thread).

I believe it is because a lot of people on this board are not fans of the team they claim to be.

I also think that anybody can have access to this board (not sure about that) but I have seen an A&M poster on here recently and Bama fans in the past.

The other three or four votes are from LSU fans that have had catastrophe syndrome for so long they have become sniveling peons and are afraid to see or hear anything positive about LSU.

I don't know if it is a result of them living in Louisiana and having the worst education in the world, crooked politicians fleecing them on a daily basis and not even trying to hide it, something in the water or what it is but it has become pretty bad.

LSU fans are wimps and readily bend over and seem to welcome taking it from the midget two states to the east. Now they are already crying, dropping their drawers and facing the wall for the new Aggy coach. Weird group here.

Well, that's a stupid reason to downvote good news.

They are idiots. I think it's funny, I can see them turning red with anger, their tongues sticking out, squinting as they aim their cursor at the red arrow as fast as they can to downvote.

The really funny part is that I don't ever look at votes for a post. What good does it do? If I kiss everyone's arse and get a bunch of good-votes do I win money? Do I live longer? Or just get to act like a loser and tell friends and family about all the good-votes I got on a anonymous message board?

No thanks !!!

A binder joke is still good for at least a handful of upvotes. Ridiculous.

Because his announcement is still months out. He will change his mind and change his mind again before he announces.

Well yeah to a certain degree. But, every study or research done pretty much rates Louisiana towards the bottom if not dead last.

The last one I saw was on the OT within the last couple days and took into account five to seven categories to rate states. Iowa was #1 and guess who was #50 - again.

The only thing Louisiana has going for it is that Mississippi exists and actually finishes below La occasionally. Something to be very proud of.

The 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect tweeted his top 3 of LSU, Oklahoma and Texas Sunday afternoon.

Texas folks telling me LSU right now. Depth chart and early playing time will help LSU with DB’s this class.

I didn't realize until a few days ago that he is originally from Louisiana. In an article he said that LSU and La were "home" for him.

He will be making his announcement very soon or he plans on it right now.

I am as neg-O-tive as anyone about our coach, but support the team, want them to do well and like seeing positive recruiting news like this.

The whole deal with O will work out to the good or to the bad, but I don’t “hope” for his failure.....if anything, I “hope” I am wrong.
