Black Iron Griddle Seared Tuna W/Pics........

My bride and I have been on fish trip lately. Here's my seared yellow-fin tuna, candied carrots and leftover etouffe' over cauliflower rice.
Marinated for 30mins in soy sauce, darl sesame oil, minced garlic and ginger. Small amounts of each of course, not to foul up and wonderful piece of fish.
And of course.....Rebecca was ill because she couldn't have any.

I don't feel like having a dog literally on the counter is a very good idea sanitary wise for both the dog and the people.

You sure do get some quality pieces of fish. Are you buying those somewhere are catching the fish yourself?

Saw the outside of the fish and thought, man that looks way overdone. Saw the inside and my mouth started watering. Looks damn good.

That some good looking sushi. Sides look great and get the dam dog off the counter.
