1980 Chevy Citation coupe.

I had a 1981 Citation. Completely and abruptly stopped shifting into gear in early 1986. It was Chevrolet's first try at front wheel drive. Had a weird sideways radio. My boyfriend called it "the shoebox". POS. Yes.

2002 Chrysler Sebring. It had a known problem of the water pump breaking around 80k. The bigger problem was that some stupid engineer designed the V6 with the water pump located INSIDE the crank case. So, when the water pump failed, antifreeze mixed with motor oil. Worse still, you had to completely tear apart the engine to replace it. Take it entirely apart. $100 per, $1100 in labor. Worse still, the pump failed again a years later. Part was under warranty but that didn’t include labor. I fixed it then traded hat bitch in a week later. frick Chrysler. I’ll never buy another Chrysler product.

Damn, you must’ve had the infamous 2.7L V6 that had like a 40% fail rate. Whatever genius put the water pump inside the engine needs to be shot. That damn thing would sludge up even with the best synthetic oil.

I had a new 1970 Chevelle SS454, 450HP. Got married and did the "mature" thing and traded it even for a new 1971 Dodge colt. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

It leaked oil the first 3 months I had it, finally they told me it was not fixable, something about the new aluminium block design.

single cab Dodge pickup in college. It was an old fleet vehicle with 60k miles on it when I bought it. Absolutely no power at all, broke down several times before I sold it in 2 years at graduation.

1985 Nissan Pulsar NX was pretty bad.

While I loved this car...the worst was probably my 1980 Volkswagen Rabbit Diesel.

83 s10 4x4. 2.8 v6. Probably had about 50hp. Couldn't climb out of a pothole it was so weak.

I had an 85 S-10 with the Isuzu 4 cylinder (1.9 L)...that MFer had no power, but refused to die. It also got close to 30 mpg. I freakin loved that truck.

Everyone I knew that had the 2.8 had problems. I had a buddy buy a 4.3 when they first came out...and it was pretty damn impressive.

1988 Chevy Corsica. Parts were literally falling off of it when I drove it in to trade for a new car. Second was a Chevy Venture minivan. As bad as the Corsica, just bigger. Broke me from ever buying Chevy again.
