Or, are you arguing that back in 2003 no one could know if Saban was an elite coach and that 2002/2003 Saban would have been indistinguishable from 2017/2018 Orgeron?
Take a step back and ask yourself if even you believe either of those arguments. If there is some other argument you are making, I'm happy to consider it.
