4 of the 7 five stars are from Georgia.
8 of the 15 four stars were also from Georgia.
This helps.
The state was loaded with top talent and their staff did an excellent job at putting up that fence we always talk about. On top of it all, they are coming off of a great season with an appearence in the CFB Playoff and Championship game.

7 5 stars, that's crazy. Does LSU do that in 2019, the odds are no I would guess. But I will say I think them having the season that they had this past year played a part in that. LSU has to play like that this year and kick arse winning all the games that they can including the ones that they should, dominate them.

Kirby also recruited extremely well nationally and still picked up elite talent

They signed the #1 player from North Carolina(5 star), Tennessee(5 star), and Illinois(#51) too. Also throw in the #12 player overall from out of state in Campbell.
