Why do we kick players off the team or come down on them for smoking pot, committing felonies and academic reasons. Saben lets all this slide and look at the results. Seems offering pot or at least just allowing it would be a selling point in recruiting for those high school athletes that like smoking it.

the point is about winning games not being a salvation agency

works for bama. If a kid knows he has more leeway at a particular school it could be benenficial in his recruitment

A lot of these kids have multiple chances when it comes to failing a piss test. Saban is just a midget with no spine, backed by other spineless Roy Moore types.

The head coach was brought in for domestic violence and his right hand man is a convicted federal felon, I don't see why it would be bad to crack down on players toking on the reefer.

Where I live, it's legal. Who cares if they smoke pot? It's not like they're going to be operating on people.

Saban and Alabama definitely play by a different set of rules than LSU does. It may be time to start giving players a pass as long as they're not flunking out of classes. Had Tyrann Mathieu not been kicked off the team for pot smoking back in 2012, he might well have been the difference in our game with Alabama that year.
