McShay has Saints picking Harold Landry, OLB, Boston College in the 1st round.

He was a beast in college until an ankle injury slowed him down his senior year. Personally, I think he would pair great across from Cam.

My concern about Harold Landry is his size for a LB. He's listed at 6'3-250, basically the same as Kikaha, who did not fit in Dennis Allen's scheme. And's he's maybe a 4.75 40 guy, so where does he play in our scheme?

I guess it’s fun to discuss but I can guarantee at least ten dudes on that list won’t even be 1st rounders by the time the draft gets here.

Mock's before the combine are useless. Even after is a crap-shoot.

Kikaha's problem wasn't his size. It was his athleticism. He was a terrible terrible athlete. Let's see how Landry tests.

Right. And Landry is listed as a 4.75 40 on one website I saw. I'm not saying he can't play. I like him. but he looks alike a 3-4 OLB to me, not a 4-3 OLB.

Kikaha was 253 and ran a 4.93

True. And he was coming off of something like 53 knee surgeries.

I really hope Kirk doesn't go to Carolina. Him and McCaffery could cause big matchup issues

I'd rather have Sam Hubbard

Hubbard looks like a Cam clone to me. If he peaks at a Cam level, great, but I think that’s unlikely. Cam is getting every ounce out of his talent

I’d love Landry, he’s the dynamic, explosive guy that we’ve needed for years
