lsu777 I wouldn't waste my time. Like rippetoe says,"you're not a psychiatrist. You can't fix mental disorders. Best to just let them be. They'll eventually die."

You look a lot like this, don't you?

Maybe you will link me to one of these scientific studies you speak of I keep hearing about

whey is worse for you than you think

Benefits of plant protein

One important thing to remember is there isn't a one size fits all strategy. It all depends on your goals ultimately. While yours are probably judged solely by how many pounds go on the bar; mine are judged by the grade I climb and general fitness level for mountaineering and backcountry ski expeditions. My diet, training, and everything that goes into it are significantly different as a result, and I am much healthier because mine is superior

The moral high ground vegans/vegetarians get on is hilarious. Just let people be, to each their own. The dude didn't come at you personally at any point in his posts, but you are here insulting his way.

Also, you contradicted yourself in your own post. "It all depends on your goals, but my way is superior because I have different goals than you." If different goals are the barometer of success, different means in achieving them are appropriate as well.

linking articles with no scientific studies cited at all. and yea I look like a fat guy, i have always strived to be fat and finally made it. and I don't need to do your research for you. You are the ones that stated something as fact, I just asked you to prove it. The research is out there for you to find.

Gentleman, this is the perfect example of bro science. When you can't win an argument attack. Politics 101.

Hippe, no offense but you are ate up and a complete sheeple. And btw i mentioned other proteins other than whey. You do know they make grass fed beef, egg white, whole egg and other types of non plant protein powders right? guess what they all have better mirco nutrition and amino profiles than plant based proteins.

He's posted dozens and dozens of studies on this board. You posted two articles one from a website called darwinian-medical.

i have posted plenty of studies on here or links to places to find the studies. I'm not going to spoon feed you.

The two articles you posted have zero sources cited. they are opinion articles. Granted some of the stuff in the articles looked to be true from a quick glance, some of the articles seemed to be complete BS. But they are opinion articles none the less.

If you believe in your system so much please start a thread and educate us. I am always up for Reading. God knows Junky has me reading every damn keto study ever done, so whats a few more vegan studies.

Also why do you keep attacking me personally every time you post? You know zero about my training or diet or what I know because you refuse to even comprehend that I might be quote intelligent when it comes to these things. All I asked was for some proof of you assertions and you attack me instead. This isn't the poli board, we don't do that on this board.

I’m a big fan of Quest Peanut Butter protein. Nice combo of isolate and casein and it tastes better than anything I’ve tried. A little pricey, but I think it’s worth it.

My protein you just have to wait for the sales that are actually worth a shite...sometimes their math seems off “75% off all protein plus an additional 15% off with the code ALWAYS”

Huh?

Yea my protein is just as good as true nutrition.

So why is there such a large price discrepancy? I've kind of gone back and forth between the two but I'll roll with My Protien if the quality is about the same.

Well the lab test I have scene on my protein has been great, not as good as tn, but better than any other brand so jump on it.

MP might have bought an arse ton before prices went up. I know true nutrition did this and there prices were way lower for a while.

I he never tried protein powders yet but I've been looking at six star protein mainly because it's unflavored. Any more that's unflavored.

true nutrition

I ordered some vanilla, lemon cake, and mocha when you baws recommended it in another thread.
Not a fan of the lemon cake... Has a very artificial taste to it. My wife and I both really like vanilla. With a little frozen strawberry and/or banana and unsweetened cashew milk it almost tastes like a smoothie.

My wife mixes the mocha flavored powder with cold coffee and cashew milk to make an iced mocha. I don't drink coffee, so I can't recommend, but it's her favorite way to drink protein powder.
