This type of incident has happened quite a few times now and every time people said "eventually somebody will get killed from this" and now someone has.

I could have sworn someone already got killed from this..? Guess not.

What is being lost in all this is the swat team opened fire on this man who I'm sure was FREAKING THE frick OUT, because he moved his hand when he had his hands up.

How many fricking times does that need to happen before these piece of shite cops realize that people move their fricking hands without knowing it when their lives are being threatened.

If a swat team ever orders me out of my house, I swear to god I'm walking out of my door completely naked with my hands on my head.

Hopefully the state it happened in, has the laws about anyone killed by said incident will be charged with murder.

This guy is the sole reason this person was killed.

SWAT teams at this point should also know that just because they got a SINGLE ANONYMOUS CALL doesn't mean there is a real situation.

Every SWAT team in America should be aware of the hoaxs and know not to just go in guns blazing without question.

Hey dickhead, it's not hard to listen.

When told to not move, don't fricking move. Really isn't a hard thing to do, rather simple.

You need to realize people are confused as hell in these situations.

You are just chilling in your house doing nothing, all is well and peaceful and all the sudden a dozen men with guns are at your door screaming at you.

You barely even know wtf is happening and it's trivially easy to do something that gets you shot.

cop who I guess was scared and trigger happy.

Cop should be prosecuted too. You might want to at least consider assessing the situation, making sure you have the right house, etc before you start shooting.

Are you serious? Is every citizen supposed to remain ultra calm when swat comes to their door with guns drawn? And it's a death sentence if they don't?

The cop cam shows them across the street blasting him with light. What kind of loser pulls the trigger across the street? Even you aren't that much of a wimp!

The way you talk I'm sure you would have repelled down the side of your house and cracked a beer open. So calm and cool like. /s
