If theyre legitimately offering him 3mill/year I would be too. Not so sure about the current members of the staff. Meatball aint leaving. Raymond isnt taking a lateral move to A&M.

Of course they do. And I'm usually pretty optimistic about positive outcomes for my team too, even when it's hard to he optimistic. That in itself doesn't mean anything.

That’s different for two reasons. 1. Adding 50% of your salary doesn’t truly make it a lateral move. They won’t pay Raymond that much more than what he’s making. 2. Aranda isn’t an LSU alum.
