Literally.

I saw one of these at a gas station in Lake Arthur in the early 90's, but had totally forgotten about it until I saw a guy trying to sell one today on the webz.

My roommate in college was from Houston and used to tell me about these things. I just assumed it was a Texas thing.

I would be afraid to hunt in that in south Louisiana. Some ol baw might try to creep up on that big ol goose and shoot it!

Hunted in Dakota in the late 90's and we laid under big shells with slots cut in the back to look through. Not as big as this, but it would cover your torso. Just throw them off when you come up for the shot.
