Most def wore it like that in 7th-11th grade from 93-97.
My hair is long enough to do it now and two weeks ago after I got out of the shower I combed my hair to see what it would look like that way. My wife happened to walk in and quickly said, “”Theres no way in hell we’re going out with your hair like that” haha.
So to answer your question, no I wont be wearing my hair like that.

It's called Curtains, or Curtained Hair. The style originated in the mid to late 1800's.
