CEO didn't botch a coaching change in 2015; Alleva did.
CEO didn't botch the ensuing coaching search; Alleva did.
CEO didn't hire himself; Alleva did.
CEO didn't put a $12M buyout on the table with no offsetting language; Alleva did.
Alleva will be fired because of his own ineptitude. CEO's hiring / struggles just confirm what we already suspected -- Alleva is an incompetent boob.
