Advice from fans to Coach O

Manage your assistant coaches and let them do their job and they will make you look great. Stop meddling in the game plan. Let each position coach decide on who plays, they usually know who is better and more experience. Stop punishing players for every little thing. Recruit the kids that are risk. Pay attention how Saban and Alabama handle these issues and learn.

The reality is, a HC has to meddle in the game plan somewhat.
Orgeron resides in this tortured position where I think deep down he knows he doesn't know what he's doing but he has to have some control over his destiny.
Add to that, I feel fairly certain he still talks to Kiffin at least every week and he's probably filling his head with all kinds of ideas.

Most important. Get alexander and Lawrence healthy and return Heron. Otherwise this team is going nowhere. Also emphasis to Canada the importance of the pass game and utilizing plays that get recievers open especially on 2nd or 3rd and short

He’s not going to do it, but I would seriously shout his praises from the rooftops and all over the Internet if he did for helping save the program.
And I would gladly tell him to enjoy his lavish retirement.
ETA he should make it a condition that Alleva must be fired before he signs.

Outside of winning out, this is probably the only thing O can do that would make me happy.

Aranda and Canada are not fired up motivational type guys; they are more Bill Arnsparger do your job guys. If one of them were, LSU could possibly win 7-8 games. They are not. If one replaced O, the team might re-bound under a new personality. Right now, they are confused, and have no confidence in any of the coaches, because the man at the top is giving poor messages, mixed messages, and incoherent public messages. It will simply not work until O is replaced.
