The best way I have found is to locate the person you wish to message - address your comments to them while responding to a current message in an ongoing Topic and they may respond.

I like email or text too. All I know is that they are online and their TD NAME. I don't have a text number or email address

There is no PM system for users as far as I know. Only PM you'll get is if you say something that offends the higher ups. Then you get a personalized GTFO or warning message.
