Absolutely not.

BH wouldn't have been any better in Canada's Offense, maybe even worse, because it's more complex with many more reads.

Despite the Offense you're running, a QB still has to have accurate passing skills and touch on the ball.

Also have to have superior FIPS. (Fast Information Processing Skills) Harris possesses none of those.

QB's with fast feet and strong arms (Without the passing accuracy, touch and FIPS) rarely are successful.

It's amazing to me that despite all the evidence to the contrary, many of you still don't "Get It" in regards to desirable qualities a championship QB has to possess................
