thought it was appropriate to tell the posters of the rb that LSU likely dodged a bullet

I understand the Admin position on this issue. I would ordinarily agree with it - and the passage of time will, highly likely, bring me more into line with this being a SEC or SECr issue.
However, with the recent heated discussions about recruits, Brown's sister's status as a member of the LSU track team, and we're not even to signing day 2014 - I respectfully disagree with this classification at this time. Under this fairly narrow set of facts, I believe that news coverage regarding Mr. Brown is appropriate for the LSU recruiting board.
It would help if the admins would concede that it is a close call - but one that is the admins to make (which it is).
