On the SEC Rant? Specifically the access to other boards?

Well... each team board is monitored by posters selected by the admins. It is those posters job to decide who to approve and disapprove of posting on their respective team boards.
I know Alabama board has Tuck, FlesheatingSalsa, and Alahunter as board admins so they have to approve people.
